These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and sni77 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered on sni77, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the sni77 platform. sni77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice and without liability.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" — Any natural person who has successfully registered a verified account on the sni77 platform and has agreed to these Terms.

• "Balance" — The total amount of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded to a Member as part of a promotional offer that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required of all sni77 Members prior to the first withdrawal and in connection with specific account actions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome available on the sni77 platform, including casino games, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws.
• "Restricted Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the sni77 platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

• "Force Majeure" — Any event beyond sni77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to sni77 is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, log in, deposit funds, place wagers, or claim any bonus on the sni77 platform. sni77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Residency

sni77 is primarily designed to serve players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to you personally. 2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship, court order, or mental incapacity that would restrict your ability to enter into agreements of this nature.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each Member may hold only one active Account on the sni77 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on sni77, you must complete the registration form on the sni77 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and preferred currency (IDR). All information provided during registration must be truthful; the submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sni77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or operate your Account on your behalf. sni77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sni77 support immediately at support@sni77.pro.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

sni77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where sni77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sni77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts after this period has elapsed, and to close dormant accounts after 24 consecutive months of inactivity. Members will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee or closure action is applied.

4 KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

sni77 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds determined by the platform's internal compliance standards. The KYC process is also triggered by any account action that sni77's fraud detection system flags as requiring additional verification.

4.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Indonesian national identity card; or passport for non-Indonesian residents).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, taken on the date of submission.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed successfully. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sni77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

Processing times quoted above are targets only and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, national public holidays in Indonesia, or as a result of bank maintenance windows. sni77 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the name on your sni77 Account — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed (minus any applicable processing fees) and a review of your Account. sni77 does not accept deposits made with credit cards or borrowed funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the sni77 Account requesting the withdrawal. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. sni77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an enhanced due diligence review. Withdrawals are processed in IDR only; no currency conversion is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

sni77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by sni77 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account; any unwagered Bonus Funds remaining after this period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Members only. sni77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion, including where sni77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is attempting to exploit a promotion through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method that distorts the intended risk profile of the offer. The use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and Account closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sni77 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the sni77 platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes financial crime under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other Members, game operators, or third parties to influence game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to exploit promotional offers.

• Engaging in offensive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward sni77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sni77 platform — including but not limited to the sni77 logo, brand name, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sni77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sni77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any sni77 content without prior written authorisation from sni77.

11 Privacy & Data

sni77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on sni77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. sni77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sni77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sni77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if sni77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sni77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to government action, natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks beyond sni77's reasonable control.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sni77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sni77 will notify active Members via email to their registered address and will publish a revised version of this document with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the sni77 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure via sni77 support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which sni77 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents sni77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraudulent conduct.
